Connor Bailo                                     

Chief Executive Officer & Founder                                                                                               

Connor is a student at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He holds leadership positions in both a business fraternity, Phi Gamma Nu, and an investment fund on campus, MSBO, while also working as a Teacher's Assistant and Fitness Trainer. Despite no longer playing baseball, he still has a strong passion for the game and hopes to pass that onto the next generation of little leaguers through BB4BC.

Dr. Paul J Bailo

Board Advisor                                                                                                                                                      

Dr. Bailo is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Phone Interview Pro. He has extensive financial, operational, digital, and technological experience from prestigious corporations such as American Expresss, GE- Money, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Citi Bank, and the New York City Transit Authority. 

 

Carole Anne Bailo

Chief Financial Officer, Board Treasurer

Carole is responsible for assisting students in all financial matters related to their programs, including Sallie Mae loans, Workforce applications, and all military programs. Carole, a Certified Public Accountant, is a seasoned financial professional who holds undergraduate degrees from Pace University and Queens College, while also obtaining an MBA in Taxation from St. John's University.    

 

Erin Walsh

Communications Division President

Erin is an honors student at Trumbull High School in Trumbull, CT. She takes part in various activities and clubs such as Trillium in which she designs and writes pages. She also enjoys helping her community by educating children in her church and has an interest in getting kids more involved in their community through activities such as sports.

 

Kathleen Bailo

Board President

Kathleen attended Sacred Heart University, graduating with a BS in Finance. She is a former IBM employee and President of Phone Interview Pro. She currently balances her part-time job with caring for her two children.

 

Amanda Stoll

Board Secretary

Amanda is employed as the Program Assistant for Diversity Initiatives and the Director's Fellows Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab, having previously worked in MIT's Office of the Dean for Graduate Education. She earned her BA in English and Writing from Loyola University Maryland in 2011 where she was a captain for Relay for Life and worked with Operation Smile to help better the lives of children around the world.
